2026 Systems Biomechanics of the Horse Symposium

  • Al Marah Equine Center 4101 North Bear Canyon Road Tucson, AZ, 85749 United States (map)

This Symposium will bring together experts across mathematics, engineering, computer science, biology, and equine science to advance the understanding of the horse-human dyad as a coupled physiological and biomechanical system. This event is designed to bridge disciplinary boundaries and create new collaborations among researchers working at the interface of mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, wearable sensors, and animal biomechanics. By focusing on the horse-human system, the participants will develop a framework for studying multiscale dynamics, control, and information transfer
